Each academic department has one or more networked Xerox multifunction printer/scanner/copiers for faculty use. They may have additional network printers in the department. Contact the department Admin Assistant or your ITG member for specifics on locations and installation instructions.

NOTES:

You may need to set up printer accounting when using a Mac laptop. Check with your department to see if they use accounting.

Some departments have additional, non-Xerox printers. See your Instructional Technologist for other printers in individual departments.

Personal printers

Personal printers officially are not supported nor provided by the departments. If you acquire a personal printer for on-campus use, make sure it has a USB connection that matches your laptop. IS Networking blocks wireless printing to personal printers on the campus network for security and privacy reasons.
