Gmail and Calendar Scheduling Feature
Last year Google added a new scheduling feature to Gmail that I just learned about.
It allows you to offer available meeting times to a correspondent directly in the body of the email by choosing times on your calendar. Your corresponder clicks the time of their choice and it’s added to your calendar.
This is extra helpful when working with people who don’t share or don’t use Google Calendar.
