When facing the possibility of campus closing, faculty sometimes ask for instructions how to hold class by video conference via WebEx. You and your students can see and hear each other via video conference, and you can show PowerPoints or any other application to all your students.

While there are many sophisticated WebEx options, your WebEx Meeting Center “Personal Room” is by far the easiest approach. Here is how, in 14 minutes:
